Binomo Support — Where the Boundaries Are
Binomo support handles the account itself - access, deposits, verification and withdrawals - through in-platform live chat, email and a help centre, around the clock for registered users. What no desk does is revisit how an expired fixed-time contract settled, and this independent guide cannot reach your account at all.
Open a Binomo demo →Binomo answers account questions through in-platform live chat, email and a help centre, around the clock for registered users. Those channels cover access, verification, deposits and withdrawals. They do not revisit how an expired fixed-time contract settled, and there is no local complaints body in Pakistan to escalate to, because the platform is not licensed there. This site is an independent guide and cannot see or touch an account.
The channels that exist, and what each one stops at
| Channel | What it can settle | What it will not do |
|---|---|---|
| In-platform live chat | Access, deposit, verification and withdrawal questions, around the clock for registered users | Cannot change how an expired contract settled |
| Email support | Verification documents and anything that needs a paper trail | Cannot speed up a bank or wallet outside Binomo |
| Help centre and FAQ | Self-service answers on how the platform behaves | Holds no account-specific information |
| This independent guide | Explaining how the platform works before you commit money | Has no account access and is not Binomo support |
The current contact options live inside the Binomo platform and app. Anything offering account recovery, payout adjustment or trade reversal from outside those channels is not connected to the operator.
What a support desk on this platform is not
On a margin account, support sits next to a dealing desk: a quote can be checked, a requote argued, a position closed by request. A fixed-time platform has none of that surface. The contract you opened carries its own stake and expiry, and the desk you are writing to administers the account rather than the trade.
There is also no personal manager on the entry tiers. A dedicated contact is what the VIP tier advertises, so on Standard and Gold the queue is the queue everyone else uses. Worth knowing before picking a tier for the wrong reason.
Escalation, and where it stops
If a question outlives the chat window, the routes are the ones the operator publishes: email with the documents attached, and the offshore certification behind the platform - IFMRRC, plus category A membership of the Financial Commission and its fund of up to 20,000 euros. Neither is a Pakistani regulator, and no local body can order anything.
Everything else that offers to help - recovery services, payout unlockers, people in messaging apps claiming to work for the platform - sits outside the platform entirely. Nothing has ever been fixed by handing a password to a stranger.
Getting a useful answer, in order
- Start with the help centre - questions about how the platform behaves are answered there without a queue.
- Open in-platform live chat for anything tied to your balance, since the agent can see the account.
- Switch to email when documents are involved, so the exchange leaves a record.
- Keep the registered email address reachable - it is the only thing that proves the account is yours.
- Do not expect any channel to re-settle a contract that has already expired.
This site is an independent guide and cannot access accounts. Fixed-time trading carries a high risk of losing money.
Who handles what
| Question | Where it belongs |
|---|---|
| Cannot sign in | In-platform chat, or the password reset on the sign-in screen |
| Verification documents rejected | Email support |
| Withdrawal still processing | In-platform chat - timing also depends on your bank or wallet |
| How a contract settled | Nowhere - the expiry decided it |
| Whether the platform is licensed in Pakistan | It is not - see the legal status page |
| What this website can do | Explain the platform, nothing account-specific |
